Samsung Camera Vs. Iphone

Overtime Samsung has been gradually advancing in technology, and have now reached the point where their latest phone, the Samsung Galaxy S4, has a 12MP camera. Now my argument is that I personally believe that Samsung has better cameras on there phones vs. Iphone. Samsung has better quality pictures as well as different effects on their phones in comparison to Iphones. Where do you stand on this?
